BAKED ZITI 
1 (16 oz.) box ziti
3 1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. (16 oz.) ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook ziti and drain. Combine ricotta and egg. In 3-quart casserole dish, pour half of tomato sauce. Spread ziti over sauce. Mix in ricotta and egg mixture. Top with Mozzarella. Top with remaining sauce. Add spices to taste (optional). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8.
