BAKED ZITI 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Ziti, cooked
2 c. (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In large bowl, combine cooked Ziti, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In 3-quart casserole pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce; spread ziti mixture evenly over sauce.

Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes about 8 servings.
