LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook pasta as directed; drain. Brown beef, onion and pepper. Stir in spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese and cooked pasta. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven to melt and brown the cheese.
