1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower

1 lb. bacon, cut up and fried down
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar

Mix all together and toss with lettuce and cauliflower and serve.
