THREE SHERBET DESSERT | |
1 pt. cream (whipped) 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 18 graham crackers (crushed) 1 c. chopped nuts 1 pt. lime sherbet 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 pt. raspberry sherbet Whip cream, mix in sugar and vanilla. Fold in crushed graham crackers and nuts. Put 1/2 of this mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Scoop the three different kinds of sherbet onto the whipped mixture. Alternate the flavors randomly. Cover with the rest of the whipped cream mixture. Cover and freeze. Can be made about 3 days ahead of time if needed. This is very easy, tastes good and a perfect way for the "busy woman" to entertain friends with only a little time and effort! |
