CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
2 lbs. cottage cheese
6 eggs
1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 pt. milk
Bread crumbs

Add 1 egg at a time to cheese; beat well. Add sugar, flour, cornstarch and flavoring. Beat in electric mixer 25 to 30 minutes, until light. Add cream and milk and beat for 5 minutes more. Pour into buttered spring pan, lined with bread crumbs on sides and bottom. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Cool in oven.
