GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cut green beans, drained (fresh or canned)
1 sm. can mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated American cheese

In a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish layer half the beans, chestnuts, mushrooms, and onion. Cover with half of the soups, salt and cheese. Repeat the layers and top with cheese. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
