WORLD'S BEST CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar

Stir together flour, cocoa and sugar. Preheat 2 cups milk in saucepan (in microwave cook on HIGH 2 minutes). Stir in dry ingredients and return to heat (about 4 - 6 minutes in microwave, stirring 2 times). As mixture begins to thicken mix in slowly egg yolks and stir well. Return to heat until thickening occurs. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons butter.

Pour in unbaked pie crust. Beat egg whites on high; gradually add sugar until peaks are formed. Cook meringue on pie in 350 degree oven about 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
