MUSHROOM POT ROAST 
3 to 4 lbs. lean boneless beef (pot roast)
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix (dry)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
4 or 5 potatoes (quartered)
3 to 4 carrots (quartered)
1/2 can water

In roasting pan place meat and vegetables in center of aluminum foil large enough to wrap everything well. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top, add soup, water and mushrooms and vegetables. Cover all tightly and bake in 300 degree oven for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Complete meal with lots of gravy.
