CORNISH HENS 
2 Cornish hens
Orange Glaze

Combine in saucepan 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Blend well; gradually stir in 1 cup water. Add 2 tablespoons butter; heat and boil. Cook, stirring constantly until it boils; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 1 (6 oz.) can undiluted frozen orange juice. Let orange juice thaw. This makes 2 cups of sauce. Pour over hens; baste every 15 minutes. Cook hens uncovered according to package directions.
