SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pastry
1 lb. sausage
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Bake pastry at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Prick with fork and bake 5 minutes longer. Cook sausage, drain. Mix 3 eggs, milk, and pepper. Add cooked sausage. Put 1/2 of cheese on bottom of crust. Pour in egg mixture, then top with rest of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.
