APPLE CRISP 
3 to 4 apples
1 tbsp. white or brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder

Slice apples and put in bottom of greased 8 x 8 inch pan or dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over apples.

Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon mixture over apples. Pour 1/4 cup water over ingredients. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
