EASY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed find (use blender)
1 stick butter

Mix together and press into a pan.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philly cream cheese (soft)
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend together until creamy and pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

TOPPING:

Cool Whip and fresh fruit, or: 4 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over pie and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
