SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
2 slices bacon
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
8 oz. tomato juice, may need more
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 can sliced pimento, drained
1 can mushroom pieces, drained

Cook spaghetti and drain. Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, crumble, and discard grease. Add beef and brown slightly; add veggies and cook. Add juice. Add this mixture to spaghetti. Add cheese, pimentos, and mushrooms. Salt and pepper; put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May be refrigerated or frozen.
