BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lg. baking potatoes, washed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt

Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4" thick slices. Place overlapping slices in buttered baking dish, 13"x9". Mix butter and oil, pour over potatoes, coating well. Sprinkle with garlic salt and thyme leaves. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
