ITALIAN SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
2 lg. green peppers
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar

Shred cabbage. Cut up green peppers and onions. Add salt. Pour the oil, sugar and vinegar mixture and refrigerate. Stir often. Can be used for several days.
