1 med. cauliflower, chopped
1 med. cabbage, chopped
1 med. onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and chopped

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Layer cauliflower, dressing, cabbage, dressing. Add onion and bacon to layers. Chill. Before serving, toss together.
