ANGIE'S STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. sausage
1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
8 oz. vinegar
Oregano and garlic powder

After cleaning the mushrooms, remove the stems and chop them. Mix the chopped stems with the sausage and put it in the mushroom caps. Bake them for about 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven.

Put the tomato sauce and vinegar in a pan. Use the can to measure the vinegar. Add a shake or two of the oregano and garlic powder. Simmer this for about 20 minutes.
