B J'S STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mushrooms (choose larger mushrooms)
1 c. crumbled, cooked pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, chopped

Wash and drain mushrooms, chop stems and scoop out centers, chop mushroom pieces (except for caps) and brown in butter with garlic. Brown onions and sausage, add to mushroom pieces, add sour cream, bread crumbs, walnuts, fill mushroom caps. Bake 350 for 10 to 15 minutes. Reheat under broiler if necessary.
