NOODLES LORRAINE 
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onion until transparent. Combine all above ingredients in 2 quart deep casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
