JEANIE'S CHEDDAR CARROTS | |
4 tbsp. butter 5 tbsp. chopped onion 3 c. cooked carrots, sliced crosswise 3/4 c. bread crumbs 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 c. cold water Saute butter and onion. Place 3 cups cooked carrots in bottom of greased casserole. Mix bread crumbs, salt and cheese. Cover carrots with mixture and water. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
