STRAWBERRY-PECAN CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 sm. box strawberry gelatin 3 eggs 1 c. cooking oil 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. milk 1 c. strawberries, mashed 1 c. pecans, chopped Mix dry cake mix and gelatin together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake in three 9x10 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. FROSTING: 1/2 c. strawberries, drained and mashed 1/2 c. coconut 1 box confectioners sugar 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 stick butter Mix all frosting ingredients together and spread over cooled cake. |
