PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves

Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and pumpkin. Sift together flour and all other dry ingredients. Beat dry mixture into pumpkin mixture. Spread in 11 x 17 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. softened butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and beat with mixer until creamy. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
