SPANISH RICE WITH BACON 
7 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. Ragu spaghetti sauce
3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Fry bacon until crisp; remove and add onion and green pepper. Cook slowly until onion is soft and yellow. Add remaining ingredients and bacon. Bake in greased casserole in 350 degree oven. For 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese on top.
