FIESTA CHICKEN BAKE 
1 broiler-fryer cut up
1/4 c. flour
Dash of salt and pepper
butter
1 pkg. Kraft barbecue sauce
2 c. tomatoes
1 c. water
2/3 c. rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Coat chicken with seasoned flour; brown in butter. Combine remaining ingredients in 12 x 18-inch baking dish. Add chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 more minutes.
