POTATO SALAD 
6 med. red potatoes
2 celery stalks, diced
1 onion, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
9 oz. bottle Viva Italian dressing
About 1 to 1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
About 1 to 1 1/4 c. sour cream

Peel and dice potatoes in about 1 inch pieces. Boil until semi-tender. Drain. Pour dressing over warm potatoes and marinate all day on counter. Add onion and celery. Mix in mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. Add egg and mix well. Cool in refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
