BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 dozen eggs
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Mushrooms
American slices
1 can celery soup
8 oz. heated soup

Scramble eggs. Layer ingredients in 9 by 13 pan with eggs on bottom. Cheese on top. Pour soup mixed with heated milk over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 50 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving.

Substitute egg beaters for eggs and turkey bacon to reduce cholesterol/sat. fat.
