BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bacon
16 eggs
1 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 c. shredded cheese

Cut up bacon, fry until crisp, scramble eggs with milk. Layer cooked eggs, mushrooms, soup, bacon and cheese. Put in covered 2 1/2 quart dish that has been buttered. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
