BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bacon
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook bacon. Then drain on a dish with paper towels. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Use an 8 x 11 inch pan. Layer the bottom with the cubed bread, then crumble the bacon and layer on top of the bread then add the shredded cheese, then pour the egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
