CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. (quick) uncooked oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 eggs

Pour boiling water over oatmeal and butter; let stand for 10 minutes. Then add both sugars, eggs and remaining ingredients and 1/2 package chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour in 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle the rest of chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
