BROCCOLI CHEESE BAKE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. sour cream
18 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (bag)
1 stack Ritz crackers

Melt cheese and 1 stick butter, then add sour cream. Pour over cooked, drained broccoli in large 10 inch deep pie pan.

Melt 1/2 stick butter, mix with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle over top of broccoli. Bake covered at 325 degrees 20 minutes, uncovered 10 minutes.
