1 egg white, unbeaten
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In a small bowl mix egg white, sugar, cream of tartar, and vanilla. Add boiling water and beat to stiff peaks with electric mixer.
