MAPLE CUSTARD 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
Nutmeg (opt.)

Toss all in a blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into buttered custard cups. Place in shallow pan to which hot water has been added, to a depth of about 1". Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 45 minutes since there are more eggs than is usual.
