ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 reg. size box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained

Grease and flour three 9 inch cake pans. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and undrained oranges (the oranges mix up in the mixer). Turn into prepared pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes only. Turn out; cool.

TOPPING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Combine undrained pineapple and dry pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Spread between layers and over top and sides. Store cake in refrigerator.
