APPLESAUCE MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. applesauce

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix egg beater, oil and applesauce.

Combine the two mixtures and mix lightly, until moist. Don't beat! Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into muffin tin papers and bake in muffin tins or grease tins and omit papers.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 15 to 16 muffins.
