CAVIER ROLL 
8 oz. cream cheese (brick), chilled
1 can smoked oysters, drained and chopped
1 jar cavier

Put cream cheese between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Roll out to oval 10 inch long 4 inch wide. Remove top piece of waxed paper. Spread chopped oysters. Roll up, separating from waxed paper (like a jelly roll). Spread cavier generously over top of roll.
