STEAMED HAMBURGER ROLL 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 lb. lean smoked ham, minced
4 oz. bread crumbs
2 eggs, to bind
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into a roll. Cook in steamer 1 1/2 hours. It is good served cold.
