HOT SPICED TEA | |
1 tsp. whole cloves 1" stick cinnamon 6 c. water 3/4 c. orange juice 2 1/2 tbsp. black tea 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. sugar (or more) Add spices to water and bring to boiling. Add tea and steep 5 minutes. Strain. Meanwhile, heat fruit juices and sugar just to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add to hot tea. Serves 6 to 8. |
