RUM BALLS 
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. rum (dark)

Mix crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, cocoa and nuts. Add syrup and rum. Shape into small balls with your hands. Roll in powdered sugar. Do not bake.
