GRANDMA'S BRISKET 
2-3 lbs. beef brisket
1 bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
1 jar brown gravy
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 tbsp. liquid smoke (optional)
Onions and mushrooms to taste

Mix above together. Day 1 - thaw meat in refrigerator. Day 2 - mix all ingredients and pour over meat. The meat can be marinated overnight or cooked on Day 3. Bake covered at a slow oven (325 degrees approximately) for 3-4 hours, depending on size of meat. Uncover last hour.
