CARROT AND MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. grated carrots
2 eggs
4 slices bread
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tbsp. dried onion
2 stalks chopped celery
1/2 c. hot milk or beef stock
1 tsp. sage
Salt & pepper

Pour hot milk over bread. Mix rest and put in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
