2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just blended. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from muffin tins when slightly cooled. Dip tops in melted butter then into mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
