BLACK BOTTOM CUPS | |
1 c. (8 oz.) cream cheese at room temp. 1 unbeaten egg 1/3 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 6 oz. chocolate chip 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 c. sugar, and salt in small bowl. Beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Sift together flour, 1 c. sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until combined. Fill muffin cups (lined with paper baking cups) 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Top each with heaping cream cheese mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
