POTATO GRATIN 
2.5 lb. cooked potatoes
7 oz. Kielbasi, sliced
11 oz. Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice potatoes, Kielbasi and Swiss cheese. Butter casserole and add first potatoes then Kielbasi and top with cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese.

Beat together egg, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over potato mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with salad.
