CHEESE OLIVE MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 sm. cans chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped green onions, tops included
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
English muffins, split

Mix all ingredients and spread thickly on each muffin half. Then cut each half into fourths. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
