CHEESE MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Mix Bisquick and 1/2 cup cheese. Combine egg, milk and onion. Add to Bisquick mixture and mix thoroughly. Put into greased muffin tin. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and (optional) sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Yields: 12.
