1 pkg. English muffins (plain) (6 each)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. chopped ripe olives
3 green onions, chopped
3/4 tsp. curry powder
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Separate muffins into halves. Spread each half with generous portion of mixture. Place on cookie sheet and place in oven on center rack. Broil until bubbly. Remove and cut each muffin into quarters. Serve with still warm.
