PER SERVING:

split English muffin, for toasting
olive oil, for drizzling
garlic powder, for sprinkling
tomato sauce, for spreading
shredded Mozzarella cheese, for piling

Split English muffin with knife. Drizzle olive oil on muffin halves. Toast in toaster oven or oven until crispy.

Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce and pile some cheese on muffins. Toast again until cheese is melty and delicious!
