SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (#2 can) cream style corn
1 (#2 can) squash or 2 c. mashed
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 inch chunk of Velveeta, cut up
Salt to taste

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until cheese is melted.
