FLAN (CARAMEL CUSTARD) 
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash cinnamon
Pyrex dish
Pyrex bowl

Place evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender. Mix well. Let sit.

In a nonstick pan place 1 cup sugar in low flame and melt sugar. Do not overcook. Place melted sugar in a Pyrex bowl immediately and cover bottom with melted sugar. Fill Pyrex dish with water to brim. Place mixture in Pyrex bowl. Place Pyrex bowl on top of Pyrex dish filled with water. Place in oven uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool. Do not serve hot.
